Brick By Brick is an amazing gem of a gym for all ages and fitness levels. Coach Dillon creates multiple new exciting workouts monthly that rotate daily so you are never bored with the same old routines. I’ve tried larger, perhaps more ‘glamorous’ gyms and found myself lost in intimidating large crowds of chaos. That is not what you get here. The classes are intentionally small, giving you the one on one personal training experience without the cost of one on one. He will also adapt workouts if you have any physical injuries or limitations.. no need to skip a workout when you’re down. No yearly contracts, pricing options on how many classes you can commit to and you can make changes anytime. The members are all wonderful, supportive and fun. I have never enjoyed workout out until I tried this place. Brick has helped me transform my rusty cage into something almost unrecognizable to me.
