• This will be a 9 week program running from Monday January 12th ending on Monday March 16th.

  • There are 4 main focuses of this program.

    1. The hands on training/coaching I will provide you in the gym.

    2. The evaluation and improvement of your daily activity.

    3. The evaluation and improvement of your daily nutrition.

    4. The evaluation and improvement of your psychology, particularly pertaining to how you view the process of changing your health & fitness. (I’m no Tony Robbins but I’ve learned a thing or two about getting to the root of why a person is looking to get in shape)

    As you can see, as significant and important as the training we do in the gym will be… it’s all of the work we do outside of the gym that will make the lasting impact.

  • It may sound like a lot is going on and for many of you it may feel like that at times.

    My goal, though, is to guide you through this program without you ever feeling overwhelmed. I want you to feel confident not captured.

    I plan on doing this by giving you bite-sized tasks to focus on. These habits and exercises we will work on are nothing ground-breaking by themselves yet they yield huge dividends when repeated long enough and with enough conviction.

  • We will record our exercise performances in our Trainerize app like all members do here ordinarily anyways.

    Conveniently, the Trainerize app can/will be used for the following as well:

    • tracking our point progress in the program

    • marking our daily habits as complete

    • frequent communication with other members in the program using a ‘group’ tab

    • frequent communication with me directly either in the same ‘group’ tab or with me privately simply by tapping my picture on the home page

  • I’m a huge believer in appropriately rewarding behaviors.
