Small Group Training

Built with the busy adult in mind; these workouts are simple and effective. The average 40 year old Mom and Dad simply don’t have time to waste when it comes to improving their health and fitness. Well don’t worry about that because our training is designed to check off the big boxes without distracting you with the newest fads and tricks you will find scrolling Instagram.


Our small group training classes consist of 1-8 people all working together on the same workout… but with very individualized goals and attention. You will have a paper with weights/reps/sets to follow. You will have a coach to help keep you on track, push when needed, and hold back when needed.

It’s simple really: you will have what you need to succeed.

The cherry on top is that you will be a part of this welcoming community that keeps each day fun and exciting (even if you dread a part of that day’s workout 🙃)
